Tulip Cacharel is a superstar of the spring! Cacharel has lovely frilled petals in a hot pink colour! This tulip blooms in the middle of the season (April-May) and grows quite tall (50cm). It loves full sun that amplifies its spectacular pink tint even more! Because of its length, Cacharel is perfect as a cut flower or in an arrangement.
Frilled tulips are also called Crispa tulips, because they are a crossbreed between the early and the late varieties. That explains why they grow somewhat later than the earlier varieties. This tulip is well known for being one of the most long-lasting types, and every year it becomes more popular!
